Political activists, in preparation to form the Citizens Defence Committee, and prior to any organisational meeting to be held, will conduct surveys over the coming week to assess the response and demand for the WMRI amongst working class communities in Dublin. These surveys will seek to understand the nature of the problems faced – how much people are paying for waste collection, how often they get their waste collected, peoples recycling habits and their reaction to a proposal such as this. These surveys will assist in determining the feasability of the WMRI.
A copy of the survey and questions to be used can be seen here.
The results and conclusions from these surveys will be posted here when complete.
